Host Terms

Hosts must own or be authorized to rent the property they list. Hosts must comply with local laws, short-term rental permits, taxes and building rules, including any rules on cannabis use on their property. Listings must be accurate. PuffBnB does not sell, supply, deliver or facilitate the sale of cannabis or any controlled substance, and hosts may not offer, sell or include cannabis with any booking. Hosts may describe whether personal, lawful consumption by adult guests (21+) is permitted at their property where legal. PuffBnB charges a commission per booking; payouts are sent after guest check-in, less fees. Hosts must honor their chosen cancellation policy. PuffBnB may remove listings that break these terms.
