Cancellation & Refund Policy

PuffBnB is a marketplace connecting guests with independent hosts. Each listing shows its cancellation policy (Flexible: full refund up to 24 hours before check-in; Moderate: full refund up to 5 days before; Strict: 50% refund up to 7 days before, none after). Service fees are refundable when cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Hosts who cancel trigger a full refund. Security deposits are released within 14 days after checkout if no damage claim is filed. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
